How do I track my shipment?

We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out. We would send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site. What should I do if my shipment never arrives? How do I ship items to a different address?

During our checkout process,specify where you want your purchase to be shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of full-priced items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and when accompanied by an original TOPDRESS receipt/invoice. Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing. You can return/exchang merchandise purchased online by mail. All returns/exchanges of online orders,must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

To return or exchange by mail, please follow these instructions:

1. Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package.

2. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.

3. Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.

4. For purchases made on revo-nation.com, mail your return package at any US Postal Service office or FedEx drop-off location, or hand off your package to your US Postal Service mail carrier or Federal Express driver.
